The evaluation will be based upon the information provided to us together with such evidence as is available which would include all relevant insurance policy documents and relevant contracts and communications between the parties to the claim.

Our report will include a statement of the facts and background as understood from the information provided to us together with a summary of the key considerations arising in insurance law and practice from those facts.

• It will include observations as to what additional information might be required and the potential influence it may have on an outcome.
• It will include recommendation as may be appropriate to the matter which may influence the direction of negotiation towards the best available outcome to avoid going to court and the risks of trial.
• The report will offer guidance as to the next steps which may include continued commercial litigation between the parties or a recommendation to take legal advice together, in all cases, with our reasons.
• Our reports are intended to be seen by our client’s professional advisers/lawyers.
